Unlike some other web design companies, we don’t force you to buy a costly support package.

Whilst the Standard Package will be sufficient for most websites, Advanced and Pro bring many extra performance measures for sites with heavy concurrent usage. For any e-Commerce site we would always recommend our Pro hosting package alongside a paid SSL Certificate with warranty. All hosting packages come with 30 days worth of onsite backups and monthly offsite backups.
Need more space? Upgrade to a 5GB package from just £99 a year
We don’t include support in our website hosting packages, although you will get some minor plugin updates. Instead this is optionally charged at a flat rate of £40 per hour, including major WordPress updates, which typically happen at least 3 times a year. This way you get as much, or as little, support as you need. Typically we find that this costs perhaps another £70 to £100 per year. We also offer great value monthly maintenance packages starting at just £55 a month for those who want a little more support. Alternatively, if you would rather manage the maintenance of your website yourself, we’ll happily support that decision.
Domains
A domain is the website name. You should own this, not us. We are happy to manage it for you. We recommend Dynadot.com or Fasthosts for domain purchases.
