Westmorland Woodfuel is a long-established Cumbrian supplier of locally grown firewood, delivering hardwood and softwood logs across Penrith, Appleby and the Eden Valley. The existing website had useful information but needed a complete refresh to improve its structure, usability, search visibility and performance.

I rebuilt the site using WordPress, Astra and the native block editor, restructuring the content around the services and products customers are actually searching for. The project included improved page titles and metadata, stronger internal linking, clearer local SEO targeting, new product and information pages, structured data, and improved mobile usability. The new Westmorland Woodfuel website now gives the business a much stronger foundation for both customers and organic search.
